My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

As a means of you getting to know a little about me and my experience as a real estate broker, I would like to tell you a little about myself.

I am a native to Torrance growing up in North Torrance, until I graduated from college. I have always been around the real estate industry, for my father was also a real estate broker with his own company in Torrance. After college, I began my real estate career in 1984 selling in Torrance, the South Bay, and the surrounding communities. I still live in Torrance with my wife Kelly and my son Nathan.

Providing real estate service  is more than just putting your for-sale sign up on the front lawn if you are a seller, or driving you around from house to house if you are a buyer.  It is properly advising my clients on the proper pricing strategies, making the proper recommendations, providing contractor recommendations, negotiating and protecting your interests within the offer and negotiations. It’s also knowing how to handle the unforeseen obstacles when they come up (and unfortunately they do come up during escrow) to be able to stay on course and complete the escrow.

That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

My goal is to become your real estate consultant for life! I want you to be so happy with the service I provide that not only will you want to continue doing business with me, but will also want to enthusiastically have your friends and relatives call me and receive the same world class service!

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
